How do I cancel or modify my order?

Changes and cancellations are only possible before proof approval.

If you need to make a change, contact us as soon as possible. Once your proof is approved, production begins and changes or cancellations can no longer be made.

Some updates, such as artwork edits, shipping information changes, and certain finishing adjustments, may be possible without canceling your order. Other changes, including quantity, material, or adhesive updates, may require a new order.

How long does it take to receive a proof?

Most proofs are sent within 1–2 business days after your order and artwork are submitted.

Your proof includes key production details like final size, cut line placement, artwork positioning, material selection, and any notes from our Art Team. Learn more in our Help Center article about proofing timelines.

You'll receive an email when your proof is ready, and you can also review it through Order Status or My Orders.

What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

Contact our Customer Service team within 30 days of the expected delivery date. Please include your order number, a short description of the issue, and clear photos if your stickers or labels arrived damaged or incorrect.
