If there is an issue with your finished products, please contact us within 30 days of confirmed delivery by phone, email, or live chat. We are unable to replace or refund orders brought to our attention after that 30-day window.
To help us get your order right, please carefully review and approve your artwork proof before production. Check spelling, sizing, colors, artwork placement, and any important design details before approving your proof.
If there is a quality issue with your order, we may ask for photos or additional details so we can better understand the problem and make it right. We will never ask you to send products back before reproducing a damaged or misprinted order.
Orders Lost or Damaged During Delivery
We work closely with our shipping partners to produce and ship orders as quickly as possible. StickerGiant guarantees the quality of the products we print, but once an order is with the shipping carrier, transit delays, lost packages, and late deliveries are outside of our control.
Because of this, shipping delays, lost packages, or late deliveries are not covered as part of our product satisfaction guarantee, and we are unable to offer refunds for carrier-related issues. Refunds are only available for verified product quality issues.
That said, our team is happy to help advocate with the carrier and assist however we can if something happens during shipment. Let us know, and we’ll see what we can do.
